Introduction
We are required to process certain information about individuals with whom we have dealings, for our own administrative purposes and to comply with our legal obligations. We need to keep personal data about our employees, clients and trading organisations in order to carry out our function as a consultant. We are committed to ensuring that this processing is undertaken with respect to the rights and privacy of individuals in accordance with current data protection and privacy laws.

Data Protection and Privacy Law: This includes the Data Protection Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulations, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, the EU e-Privacy Regulations, and other related legislation.
Personal Data: Information that can identify a living person, held electronically or in paper form.

Principles and Duties
Transparency: Whenever we collect personal data, we will take appropriate measures to ensure data subjects understand the nature of the processing and how to exercise their rights.
Consent: Where we rely on consent as a legal basis for processing, individuals' consent will be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous.
Purpose Limitation / Data Minimisation / Storage Limitation / Accuracy: We will only collect data for specific legitimate purposes and retain it only as long as needed.
Security: We maintain appropriate security measures to protect personal data, reviewed regularly. Personal data is accessible only to those who need it for their work. We will provide prompt notification to the relevant supervisory authority and data subjects in the event of a personal data breach.
Rights
Data subjects are able to exercise their full rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. We do not process data in a manner that could be described as automated decision-making or profiling.

We collect: Name, Title, Business Address, Company, Email Address, Telephone number. We do not hold special categories of sensitive personal information regarding supply chain contacts.
