He has held leadership roles with global organisations including Moderna, Biogen, GlaxoSmithKline, Theramex and Autolus, supporting projects from early development through to commercial manufacturing and regulatory approval.

His expertise spans operational readiness, pharmaceutical manufacturing, process validation, technology transfer, supply chain establishment, facility start-up, GMP compliance and regulatory engagement. Chris has successfully transitioned major capital projects into fully operational manufacturing facilities, led international teams, and delivered new product introductions that support secure and compliant product supply worldwide.
